Underfloor heating

Heating cables can be installed in almost any floor type, and are just as suitable in the living room and kitchen, as in the bathroom. We have solutions that are suitable for both new constructions and renovation projects.

Underfloor heating with electric heating cables offers many advantages as a heating system. A warm floor is a large heating surface with a low temperature and even heat distribution. This provides an efficient and comfortable indoor environment in both private homes and public buildings.

Even and optimal heat distribution results in less energy consumption

For new buildings, technical regulations now specify strict requirements for insulation. This means that the need for heating in new buildings is less compared to old ones. A flexible and quickly adjustable heating source is therefore preferable.

Using an electronic, programmable thermostat, the floor temperature is constantly kept at the desired level at any given time, while energy consumption is minimized. Temperature regulation is easy, accurate, and instantaneous.

There are currently low profile floor (“thin floors”) heating systems, that quickly warm up, and quickly cool down again when the heat is switched off. This makes modern, electrically based, underfloor heating systems suitable for energy conservation and efficiency, as the temperature can be adjusted quickly and efficiently with a modern thermostat.

By lowering the temperature by around 5-10°C during periods where comfort temperature is not required, it is possible to save 15-25% energy. Normally, day and night setbacks offer the greatest effect in thin floor structures, as these use less time to achieve the desired temperature.

Electric underfloor heating is invisible and occupies no wall space. Heat is distributed evenly in the room and provides a comfort that must be experienced. It produces no sound (rales in pipes, etc.). Dust does not accumulate at the heat source, and the room may be furnished, equipped, and used as you wish.

Maintenance-free and low installation cost

Electric underfloor heating has low installation cost, is maintenance-free, and has a very long life expectancy (50 years expected).
